Apply

To be considered for admission, applicants to the program should submit the MACSL Application for Admission along with the following:

• Resume/CV (including background, sport participation if applicable, honors/awards, and relevant employment or experience)
• Personal Statement (1-2 pages on your goals and reasons for seeking admission)
• Two References (List name, position, and contact information on the application for admission.  We will contact them directly for written or verbal recommendations.)
• Unofficial College Transcript (baccalaureate degree with a cumulative G.P.A. of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale)
• Government Issued Photo Identification (scanned or photographed)

Enrollment Deposit

Once you are admitted, $300 enrollment deposit is required to secure your seat in the program.

The deposit is not required at this stage of the application process.  If admitted, you will receive instructions as part of your official acceptance notification.
